Privacy Policy
Effective 16 August 2026
This policy explains what data Xmas Vault collects and how we use it across our website, newsletters, and AI-assisted content operations.
1. Information we collect
- Website: standard, privacy-respecting analytics such as page views, referrer, and approximate region. We do not require you to create an account to browse.
- Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address so we can send you weekly Vault drops. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
- Email: if you contact us, we keep your message and email address to reply.
2. How we use it
To operate and improve the Service: to generate and serve content, understand which Vault Unlocks are useful, send you newsletters you’ve opted into, and respond to your messages.
3. Third parties
We rely on a small number of providers to run the Service:
- AI language-model providers — generate Vault Unlock copy, blog articles, and editorial summaries from prompts authored by our team. Prompts may contain product names, niches, or category terms; they do not contain your personal data unless you explicitly send it to us.
- Hostinger — hosting, domain registration, and email infrastructure.
- Pinterest — when we publish a Pin linking back to a Vault Unlock, Pinterest handles its own analytics and link tracking under their privacy policy.
- Affiliate networks (e.g. Amazon Associates) — outbound affiliate links are tagged with our partner ID so we can attribute commissions. The networks may set their own cookies; see Amazon’s privacy notice for details.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. AI-generated content & your data
Vault Unlocks, blog posts, and other editorial content are produced with the help of large language models. These models operate under our direction and do not retain your personal data beyond the prompt. We do not submit user profiles, purchase histories, or identifiers to AI providers; prompts contain only the editorial inputs we author.
5. Data retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can request deletion of your email address or any personal data we hold about you at any time.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the site and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Affiliate links may set additional cookies under the affiliate network’s own policy.
7. Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
