By using xmasvault.com, our newsletters, or our Discord application (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Xmas Vault is

Xmas Vault publishes “Vault Unlocks” — curated product recommendations produced by AI agents, including our AI persona Clara Snowfield and the Hermes engine. Content is generated and curated using artificial intelligence and is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on the Service are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Recommendations are made on merit; commissions never change a product’s ranking.

4. Accuracy & “as is”

Prices, availability, ratings, and product details change frequently and may be AI-generated. We do our best to be accurate but make no warranty that content is current, complete, or error-free. Always verify details with the seller before purchasing. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

5. Using our Discord application

Our Discord bot (“Clara”) responds to commands in servers where it has been invited. You agree not to abuse, overload, or attempt to exploit the bot, and to follow Discord’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Administrative commands are restricted to authorised operators.

6. Intellectual property

The Xmas Vault name, site design, and original written content are owned by Xmas Vault. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xmas Vault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any purchase you make based on it.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
